On my first visit, I found the room clean and really nice, and I liked that the bathroom had been sanitized. The service was friendly and informative. Great location, within walking distance of casinos and restaurants and close to everything. I'd definitely recommend it.

I loved the fireplace in our room, and the bed was so comfortable. It was also spotless and smelled nice. My husband and I came for my birthday weekend, and the shops are all within walking distance. They're renovating the place, and we'll definitely stay here next time we're in Tahoe.

We had an updated room for a really good price, with parking right outside our door and everything within walking distance. Service was easy, and the location was ideal. Our room wasn't ready until two hours after check-in, even though the property had confirmed the time we entered on the third-party website. There's no management on site, and the front desk only has staff during certain hours. They wouldn't help with a discount or refund because we'd booked through a third party, which is the only way to book this hotel. Even trying to book through the hotel's own website sends you to a third party when you click the booking button. It felt like getting a motel room through Airbnb. I don't recommend it.
