Madie at the front desk went above and beyond to help my wife plan a great surprise birthday for me. The customer service felt personal, and we really appreciated everything. It's a great place, with an awesome atmosphere, a beer garden, live music, and activities for everyone. The location is great too. We'll sing your praises and recommend it to friends and family. Bad weather kept me from making my Expedia reservation at Basecamp. The folks there were understanding and helpful, and even with the cancellation complications through Expedia, they kept communicating clearly and kindly while working it out. I'd stay there next time just for the great customer support.

Rodrigo at the front desk was super helpful when I checked in. I stayed one night, and it was a good visit. The room was good, though the shower was too small. It's a great hotel for a reasonable price, and parking is available. The front desk is closed from 11:00 pm until 9:00 am. I think management should start at 6:00 am instead, so guests don't run into problems before leaving.

The barista deserves a shoutout, the food was delicious and a perfect start to the day. We've stayed at Basecamp Hotel many times and will keep coming back. It's one of our favorite places, and it never disappoints. Maddie and Rodrigo were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely kind at check-in. They were extremely accommodating and helpful, and made us feel at home as soon as we arrived. Highly recommend!

It's an adorable, cool place at a very reasonable price, just a five-minute walk from everything. Maddie at the desk was so friendly and nice to us, and we felt welcome. There's a coffee shop and juice on site. I love this place.
