The room was filthy and smelled moldy. There was hair in it, the microwave didn’t work, and the place looked badly outdated. The walls were an ugly orange, the brown sheets looked stained and dirty, and the black desk chair had white stains. Baseboards were coming loose, and the air felt heavy and uncomfortable. The bathroom was tiny, and the shampoo and conditioner were chapstick-sized. I was given a house key on a keychain to get in. Customer service was horrible. The front desk worker who lives there was rude, curt, unapologetic, and wouldn’t give refunds. For this location, the owners should at least keep the place clean and treat people decently. It feels like they’ve given up on the business, and they’re losing customers, money, and their reputation. Save your money and don’t stay here.

I got a lot for what I paid, better value than I’ve had in a long time. This isn’t an upscale hotel, but the rooms were clean, nicely updated, and very pleasant. The mattress was good, and the staff were so friendly. I’m really happy with the stay and will be back.

The location is really nice, close to lots of businesses and restaurants, but the service was pretty mediocre. We were asked about three times whether we were smoking in the room, and each time we said no because we weren’t. The pillows felt like sheetrock with a thin layer of feathers. The bathroom was pretty ghetto, with a loose toilet seat that made it hard to sit down. There was nowhere to put anything by the sink, which seemed to be held in place with caulk and ready to break. If you just need somewhere to sleep, maybe this will do.

I checked in, then got an emergency notification less than 30 minutes later and realized I couldn’t stay. When I explained this at the front desk, the guy gave me attitude and refused a refund, telling me to contact Booking.com. I did, and later got an email saying the property had declined my request. The room was dirty, with hair all over, and I wouldn’t have wanted to stay there anyway. Terrible service. Don’t stay here. This place is a scam.
