Econo Lodge Inn & Suites Heavenly Village Area

There were no smoke alarms in the room, nowhere to hang or put clothes, and just one towel for four people. Each time I asked for more towels, either no one was there or they had none to give. We even had to bring a table, mirror, and chair from home. I still don't know why my friend chose this place instead of the casinos we were visiting, especially since I found the casinos for a lot less in just three minutes. The breakfast was a nice extra, though they could have had a few more food options. It was fine.

The room was clean and quiet, and the bed was comfortable. Parking was easy, right in front of the room, which made loading and unloading bags simple. Check-in was quick, and staff responded to our concerns. Breakfast each day was adequate. Wi-Fi could have been faster, though it worked well enough. It’s about a five-minute drive to the Heavenly Gondola, so the location was great.

We visited in February 2026 and paid around $75. The location worked well, about a 10-minute drive to Heavenly and a 10-minute walk to Stateline. Rooms are simple, with clean bathrooms and good water pressure. They provide a continental breakfast with waffles, cereal, bagels or toast, coffee, and juice. Enough to put something in the hole. The room also had a mini fridge, microwave, and Keurig coffee maker.

The price is hard to beat, and the breakfast was delicious. The rooms were clean and the staff so kind. Ten stars from me.
