It’s a cozy, convenient place, very close to Heavenly ski resort and plenty of restaurants and shops. The rooms are a little dated.

We spent a week skiing around Tahoe in winter and really enjoyed our stay. Our unit was somewhat dated, but clean and cozy, with a kitchen stocked with everything we needed for all the cooking we did. The bathroom was small, though it had what we needed. We mostly got up, made breakfast, spent the day on the hill, went out for apres and dinner, then came back to relax and crash, so this place suited us well. The onsite manager was professional and friendly, and made sure we had what we needed. Some kids from other units had a blast playing in a snow pile out back, and the other guests were friendly, too. There’s a laundry room onsite, though we didn’t use it. If you want the latest amenities and extras, this probably isn’t the place for you. But for a clean, comfortable, quaint, family-friendly and relaxing stay, it fit us perfectly.
