Dharma Home Suites South Miami at Red Road Commons

The rooms were clean and had a kitchen, but the noise made it impossible for us to sleep during our stay. Every one to five minutes, the pipes or some machines would make a sound like a typhoon. We also had trouble getting the door lock to open when we arrived because the code didn’t work. We ended up leaving one night before our reservation was over. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The location worked really well for visiting anyone at University of Miami, and the management was quick to respond. Check-in went smoothly. I spent a week here, and the apartment-style setup did what I needed. The space was clean enough, though I expected more room for what we paid, so the value felt low. There are lots of students in the complex, so expect loud music and marijuana smoke drifting by.

There was plenty of space for the four of us, and the property was clean and matched its description. The host was wonderful the whole way through. I’d definitely recommend both this Airbnb and the host.

This was our second stay, and we’re still impressed. The apartment has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a well-stocked kitchen, and plenty of living and dining space, plus garage parking. Over the weekend, there was a leak in the boiler closet and we worried we might have to move or wait a long time for a fix. The maintenance team arrived quickly, and respectful staff had everything sorted out within two hours. Love this place!
