We’ll definitely stay again. The staff were kind, and the whole property was clean and well maintained. The second-floor setup was thoughtfully laid out, with a kitchenette, and the cute decorations gave the vacation a homey feel. Tuckaway was just the right spot for our trip, especially that oceanfront balcony where we watched the sunrise over coffee.

We spent five days here and were impressed by the cleanliness everywhere and how friendly the staff were. The heated pool is a nice touch. We also got lucky and watched a NASA launch from the beach, an unforgettable experience. Such a nice vacation spot, definitely a must-stay if you’re in the area.

We’ve stayed here for two “girls getaways,” and have always felt safe. The owners and staff are kind, friendly, and helpful, so this is just the kind of place where we feel welcome and want to return. Tuckaway Shores Resort is a quaint, quiet hotel with Old Florida charm and the modern conveniences that make you comfortable. It’s meticulously maintained, even the pristine pool area, and the suites are lovely with comfortable beds. Our second-floor oceanfront suite had a balcony where we spent hours enjoying the gorgeous view and listening to the waves. The ocean is right there, not off in the distance, and the private beach entrance was just a minute or two from our room. The suite had a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with a comfortable chaise sofa, a table and chairs, and two TVs. The living room TV was way too small this visit. My only suggestion is to install a larger one. The shower was wonderful, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. Beach chairs were in the room for us to use, and pool towels were available in the office. Both times we visited, we got to see a space shuttle go up. The location is perfect!

We came over after a cruise and got to Tuckaway Shores well before check-in. Hailey at the front desk was welcoming and let us park early, use the pool and bathrooms, and access the beach. After we checked in, our room was cozy, quaint, and clean. It brought back the old-school Florida feel of the beach inns I stayed at as a kid. I’ll definitely book with them again.

The staff were so friendly and helpful, and the direct beach access feels wonderfully private. This little resort is perfect for a getaway. Our room was immaculate and decorated so cutely. If you’re unsure about booking, just go for it. You won’t regret it!
