Deluxe Inn

The room was clean, though a little short on furniture. The cable TV was great, I didn’t try the Wi-Fi, and the bathroom was small but clean. They should invest in proper bath mats. It has been remodeled, which I hadn’t realized after reading the old reviews. The staff were very nice and helpful. My boyfriend booked under his name, but I was checking in without his ID or credit card. We’d called and been told that would be okay, but I couldn’t go into the room. After a whole saga, the staff offered to hold my ID so I could enter until he came back to do the paperwork, which we all knew would be six hours later. They gave it back before he arrived because he wouldn’t be in the office at dinner time, and they didn’t want anyone breaking in and stealing it.

We enjoyed staying at Deluxe Inn, and the rooms were fine. It was nice to have a microwave and fridge. The floors hadn’t been swept when we arrived, though, and we had an ant problem.

Deluxe Inn has made upgrades that went beyond what I expected after my last visit. It was pleasant, clean, and had the basic utilities. No more cockroaches. They’ve really stepped up their game.

Jessie and the two gentlemen working on unit 106 handled the situation with courtesy, professionalism, respect, and efficiency. Jessie answered my many questions and took the time to explain the restoration process. I’d also like to thank Anita, who was professional and readily available with information and clarity about the billing.
