Delta Hotels South Sioux City Riverfront

Having a sliding door from our first-floor river view room straight outside was a lovely perk while traveling with dogs. The hotel sits right on the river, with great views and an open, pleasant feel indoors and out. It's a beautiful setting in an otherwise unspectacular landscape. Nearby are the sports complex, aquatic center, and an excellent dog park. The place is virtually empty in the offseason, making it a nice oasis for anyone often traveling across the Midwest. The steakhouse on the second floor serves more upscale food and is worth stopping in to try.

Even in December, our upgraded river view suite was stunning. The patio made potty breaks easy for my pup, and I can only imagine how perfect the place must look in summer. The hotel felt very clean and modern, and the location was great and felt safe. I'll absolutely be back!

The room was spacious and comfortable, and I was pleasantly surprised by how large the hotel was. Everything was immaculately clean and well maintained. I had booked a river view, though the room was mostly surrounded by trees. That was a minor inconvenience, and I have no complaints. The reception staff were courteous and attentive, the conference room was conveniently located, and the lunch provided was satisfactory. The fitness center was well equipped with a variety of amenities, and several reputable restaurants are nearby.

The lobby had pineapple and raspberry blend ice water, and I got to fill my water bottle there. The hotel overlooks the Missouri River, between Nebraska and Iowa, and the rooms were clean. There was also a cute little coffee shop serving Starbucks coffee and pastries.
