A Butler's Manor

We loved the garden patio where breakfast was served each day, and the food was delicious. Chris also took us to Cooper’s Beach with chairs and towels, then showed us around town and shared lovely stories about some of the estates. The location made it easy to walk downtown, and our room was charming. Chris and Kim are kind, helpful hosts who made us feel looked after. They also had complimentary water and soft drinks, and those homemade cookies are wonderful.

Traveling on my own, I felt right at home here. Kim and Chris answered all my questions about the area and took such good care of me. Before I headed to a winery for a sunset concert, they even handed me a blanket and bug spray. I’ll happily stay again if they have a room next time I’m nearby. My room had a cozy robe, extra pillows and blankets, bubble bath and bath salts, and the saltwater pool, lounge spaces and fire pit were all lovely. The homemade cookies were so tempting I asked for more the next day. Breakfast was gourmet, and the room and common areas were spotless and comfortable. The location is great, and the hosts make you feel like part of the family. If you want a top notch stay in Southampton, I’d recommend it.

We stayed in mid-January for our anniversary, though we’d forgotten to mention the occasion when we booked. Debbie surprised us with champagne and flowers in the room, which was so thoughtful. She and her husband were wonderful hosts. The inn is immaculate, with an old-world vintage feel. Our room and bed were very comfortable, and everything seemed carefully considered. Breakfast was delicious. We’d absolutely come back.

We’ve stayed at plenty of B&Bs over the years, but the gracious welcome and atmosphere here were better than any of them. Chris and Kim seemed to anticipate what we needed and added lots of personal touches that made the visit nicer. The gardens were beautiful, and each morning brought an excellent breakfast out on the patio. Thanks to you and Kim for such a wonderful stay at A Butlers Manor.
