During my many stays at Fairfield Inn Snowden Grove, I’ve seen how much the team does to make mornings welcoming for guests. I especially want to recognize Laura and Loretha for their work in the breakfast area. They keep food stocked and fresh, maintain a clean space through the busy rush, refill the coffee urns before they run out, respond to dietary requests, and make sure food is held at the proper temperature. Even with youth sports teams, families, and business travelers coming through, they stay calm, coordinated, and warm with everyone. Their professionalism and attention to detail help guests start the day comfortably, and they reflect well on the Fairfield commitment to warm, reliable, consistent hospitality. We’ve stayed here three times over the past year or so. The rooms are nice and clean, and there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options within walking distance. Traffic and nearby construction can be a hassle sometimes.

This is my favorite place to stay when I visit my mom in Memphis. There’s traffic around the area, but the hotel itself is very clean and safe. I travel and live in hotels 365 days a year, so that says a lot coming from a Marriott Ambassador.

We came back for a second stay, and this weekend was amazing, even better than we could’ve hoped. Our first visit in May 2025 was a little rocky, which we expected from a new location. This time Brittany and her staff made sure we could relax and have a great time. The rooms are spacious, clean, and up to date, with shopping, food, and entertainment all within walking distance. My husband usually doesn’t do second impressions, so I packed him up without telling him where we were headed. He was amazed by how much he enjoyed this visit. We’ll be back for our “stay-aways,” as we call them, and we’re thankful for how the staff went above and beyond.
