Housekeeping deserves 10/10 for the clean rooms and excellent service. There were no major issues, and I enjoyed my stay enough to recommend the hotel. Breakfast was okay, though it could improve if the food were cooked properly and served at the right temperature. The night staff supervisor or manager working the night of 12/3/2025 was very rude, and needs to improve their professionalism and customer service.

Wow, breakfast was top notch, the place was very clean, and the beds were good. I had trouble sorting out an issue with my company AMEX for my company and a couple of location managers, but the staff were very nice while I worked it out. I’d give it 10/10 and recommend it for the value.

The room was nice, though it showed signs of heavy use. Both nights, guests were loud into the early morning, with kids, loud conversations, and doors slamming. Bring earplugs. Breakfast was below average for Holiday Inn Express: the bacon looked like deli ham, and the bread was stale. One washer is broken, and laundry costs $5.50 a load, which is steep. The stairwells also reek of weed.

I’m particular about hotels, and this one was great. Everyone was super nice, the room and bathroom were extremely clean, and breakfast was quite tasty. We only stayed one night, but would definitely come back if we pass through town again.
