The room was missing a closet, hair dryer, and iron with an ironing board, and the free breakfast came in brown bags. That's why I'm giving it four stars. We stayed a few weeks, and when we asked, the room was cleaned. No bugs or roaches, and maintenance handled things promptly when needed.

The price felt a little steep compared with other Hometowne Studios, and we had ants. It could be a great location if it weren't for all the loud people and their just-as-loud little kids.

I love having a kitchenette. I can make simple, healthy meals there, which feels safer and definitely healthier.

I’ve been here three weeks and have nothing bad to say. My room was clean, the hallways stayed clear, and the laundry room and washers worked properly. Staff were always around and pleasant. Great job, guys 👏🏼

After I spotted the first roach, I told the front desk clerk right away. He apologized and said housekeeping would come spray and clean. While I was waiting, I saw two more crawling on the wall, and my daughter found four dead baby roaches on the window sill. We packed immediately, went back downstairs, and asked for our money back. We got the refund, but we’ll never return. I’m looking into reporting the place to the Better Business Bureau. The rooms may look newly remodeled, but the property has a roach infestation and needs to be shut down until the whole building is exterminated. Do not stay here.
