The front desk staff member, Harmika I think, was really sweet and polite. The rest of the stay left me feeling disappointed and unwelcome. I paid over $400 for two nights, but the bathroom was dirty when we arrived, with a bad smell and marks on the walls. The next morning, my brother and I tried to get breakfast, which I thought was included, but a man blocked us and kept saying “cupain,” presumably meaning coupon. He seemed angry and bothered by us and wasn’t polite. For that price, the experience didn’t feel worth it at all. I felt scammed, and I won’t return. I hope people considering this place choose Holiday Inn Express instead.

Regina, Chad, Reddy, and the rest of the crew made sure our team had what we needed, going out of their way to help. They were a real pleasure to have around. The staff were attentive, quick to respond, and friendly, which made the stay.

Breakfast was the tastiest I’ve had at a small hotel, with everything fresh and delicious. Regina was so sweet and checked in on everyone while we ate, and Courtney, Mya, and Linda were great too. We spent one night here on a school trip with staff and 40 students, and everything went smoothly. The rooms were clean, the staff helpful and friendly, and I’d happily come back.

Linda, Mya, Regina, Courtney, Naveen, and Mahith made the stay feel memorable. They were consistently kind, attentive, and quick to help, whether it was getting my room right, sharing ideas for local attractions, or taking care of other needs. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but haven’t met a team this genuinely dedicated and friendly. From arrival, I felt welcomed and at home. The room was taken care of, and the staff handled everything with a smile. It was my best hotel experience so far, and I’m looking forward to coming back.
