I felt really disappointed and unwelcome, especially after paying over $400 for two nights. The bathroom was dirty when we arrived, with a bad smell and stains on the walls. I thought breakfast was included, but when my brother and I went down early, a man kept saying “cupain,” which I assume meant coupon. He seemed angry and was rude about it. The front desk woman was very polite and sweet, though I think her name was harmika. For that price, this wasn’t worth it at all. I felt scammed and won’t come back. I hope people consider Holiday Inn Express instead.

Regina, Chad, Reddy, and the rest of the crew made a real difference for our team. They were attentive, friendly, and quick to respond, and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. They were a pleasure to have around.

Breakfast was the highlight for me. It was fresh, delicious, and the tastiest meal I’ve had at a small hotel. Regina was very sweet and checked in with everyone while we ate. Courtney, Mya, and Linda were great too. We were here for one night on a school trip with staff and 40 students, and the rooms were clean and the staff friendly and helpful. Everything was wonderful, and I’d stay here again.

Linda, Mya, Regina, Courtney, Naveen, and Mahith made the stay memorable with their kindness, attention, and enthusiasm. They were consistently friendly and proactive, whether making sure my room was right, helping me find local attractions, or offering thoughtful service. I felt warmly welcomed as soon as I arrived and right at home throughout the visit. I’ve stayed in plenty of hotels, but haven’t come across a team this dedicated and kind. It was the best hotel experience I’ve had, and I can’t wait to return.
