The pool was advertised, but there was no water in it. The rooms need a lot of work, and the daytime staff were unfriendly. After staying a week, they tried to charge me $250 for a toilet that was already broken. Horrible experience all around. Be ready for charges over things you didn't do. This place was a scam.

At around 1 AM, I got to my room and found hair all over the floor. It was gross and clearly hadn't been vacuumed. Everything else seemed okay, and the sheets looked clean, so since it was late I left the issue for morning. The next day I brought photos to the front desk and politely asked housekeeping to vacuum while I was out. The staff member apologized, said they were short-staffed, and promised it would be handled. I left at 11 AM and returned at 10 PM. The hair was still there. I called again, and a night staff member came up promptly to vacuum, but that shouldn't have been necessary. My request had been ignored for nearly 12 hours, and the room felt unsanitary. Gross and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend staying here.

My daughter didn't feel safe, so we left and went elsewhere. When I asked for my money back, the woman said she couldn't refund it because I booked through a third party and would have to complain to them. I did, then got an email saying no complaint had been made at the hotel. Are you kidding me? The room smelled musty and moldy. I wiped down surfaces with my antibacterial wires, and the wipe came away looking dirty, with a crusty feel underneath. There were black hairs in the sheets and blue spots on the comforter that looked like toothpaste. The hotel looked run-down, and the pool area was dark, with a flickering light and a pool bottom that looked old or chipped. At check-in, I waited ten minutes at the desk, ringing the bell repeatedly before anyone came. The hallway was very cold. Further along, a back door was propped open with nobody around. I closed it, thinking someone might be unloading their car, but it seemed anyone could get into the hotel through that door. What a dump. Save your money and find a real hotel.

The pool and hot tub weren't working. Our beds were uncomfortable, with springs poking into my ribcage. The toilet rocked back and forth and leaked. Maybe that's why we were almost the only ones there.
