Best Western Spartanburg Northwest Hotel

The breakfast was good, but I wasn’t especially impressed with the room, particularly for $180. That included a $50 pet fee, which seems unreasonable. I can understand a deposit, but another $50 just for my cat to sleep beside me? A bus was parked right outside my window and kept starting its engine, which was annoying. In the morning, people were getting on and off, so I couldn’t open the curtain.

Breakfast was good, and the service was excellent throughout. The room was very clean, with a pretty comfortable bed and nice pillows. If you’re in the area and want a clean, comfortable room, this is a great place to stay.

My room is nice, and the location works well for what I needed on this trip. Loretha welcomed me when I arrived and gave me all the information guests need. She’s lovely, and check-in went smoothly. Thank you so much, Loretha!

The beds were great, and the staff were great too. We felt safe, even though the location seemed a bit seedy and there were a few unhoused people in the area. But the strong pot smell in the elevator and hallways was a real turn-off. Some people have no respect for the law, the hotel, or other guests.
