We love this place and have visited twice, nine years apart. The scenic drive in has beautiful views and lots of wildlife. Our cabin was thoughtfully set up, with an outdoor grill, several places to sit outside, an outdoor shower, and the basics like a washer and dryer, microwave, and fridge. The bathroom has a huge shower and bathtub. It’s very family-friendly; we brought our six-month-old daughter this time. The pool area used to be fantastic, with a cafe, swim-up bar, water slides, and a lazy river. As of 2024, though, a lawsuit between residents and the investors who own the club area meant the cafe and bar were closed, and apparently the pool wasn’t being maintained as it should be. I hope the investors sell to someone who appreciates how beautiful the place is and brings it back to how it was. We’ll definitely return for a third visit.
