Motel 6 Spokane, WA - East

It was busy, but I never felt uncomfortable or worried about safety. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the fridge and microwave both worked well. Housekeeping was on point. Staff are polite, smile, and work hard, especially at the front desk, where they go above and beyond. Heather is always friendly and helpful and does an amazing job. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

For a simple, decent room for a night or two, Motel 6 ftw again. I’m here for two nights on a self-care birthday trip, and so far it’s going fine. Staff have been polite and helpful. The room is sparse and minimal, with no mini fridge, microwave, or coffee pot.

We used to love this motel and it was always our go-to, but after spending over 300 dollars for five nights, we were made to leave at 9 pm on the second night because my boys, 8 and 6, were screaming after a noise complaint. The man who asked us to go offered a refund, then at first refused, leaving my family and me to sleep in our car that night. What made it worse was seeing a man overdose and get taken by ambulance, then return within an hour, and watching them ban a resident from their room for what I assume was a drug-induced public disturbance. They’ll take addicted and homeless people for their last buck, yet kick out a mother and her kids for being too loud. I’m convinced the staff take drugs for bribes, based on how out of line they were with me and how differently they acted toward my husband. Shame on you, Jeremy Ward. Keep people who smoke fentanyl in your rooms, but throw out a mother and her children.

I left because I didn’t want to bring bugs home. There are cockroaches, and I have pictures and videos. Dogs were howling and barking in the rooms, and nothing was done when I complained. There was no plug for the bath, the hallway smelled like urine, and the outlets by the bed didn’t work. If you use a CPAP or other medical device, you’re out of luck. The girl at the desk was nice. I have no idea whether I’ll get a refund. I didn’t want to give even one star, but that’s the only way to warn people.
