The place was clean, and everything else was fine. It’s a good hotel for the price, as long as you’re not expecting a luxury stay, since things are pretty simple. Breakfast is basic, too. My main complaint is the timing: it’s meant to run until 10, but they start clearing it away around 9, so guests have little time to get through their morning routine and still eat.

I barely slept because I was worried about the state of the room. It smelled strongly of urine, and there were stains on the carpet, bedding, and furniture. Something sticky on the carpet had me tiptoeing around. There wasn’t any hand soap, bath soap, or shampoo either. The place felt so dirty and neglected that I was anxious about bed bugs. One of the worst hotel stays I’ve had. I wouldn’t recommend it.

My first stay went well, so I gave it five stars. But when I came back a week later with my fiance, things didn’t go as smoothly. It’s been more than a week and our deposit is still pending. We’ve called multiple times, and this isn’t a mistake.

We were here to visit family, but I wouldn’t come back. The first room was dirty, with an uncleaned bed, hair in the shower, and stuff on the walls. The second was much the same. They upgraded us, and one bed was made, but under the blanket it looked like a dog had been there. The other bed wasn’t as bad, though it had stains along the edge and lip gloss on the pillowcase. The fridge had water pooled in the bottom. There was no body wash, shampoo, or conditioner in the shower. I asked the front desk and got replacement bottles, but those were empty too. Breakfast was okay but limited, and the pancake machine was clogged and nobody on staff knew how to fix it. I didn’t see maids around with a cart to ask for things, like at most hotels. The staff seemed unsure what they were doing. Also, there’s no pool.
