The hotel is beautiful, with a lovely view of the city, a welcoming feel, and a pretty breakfast and social area. The rooms are standard, but modern and very clean. There’s also a well-stocked store if you want something without leaving the hotel. Breakfast is included and has lots of choices. Staff have been especially good. Everyone at the front desk is cordial, and when we needed to switch rooms they were exceptionally accommodating. We’re here because my husband’s Mom is in the hospital nearby, and that proximity was a big reason we booked. They’ve been flexible about extending our stay since we don’t know how long Mom will be there. After staying on the city side of the hotel, I’d definitely come back. Well done.

I stay here at least once a week for seven months of the year, and they’re always welcoming to my little dog. After four years of coming back, Bailey at the front desk is one of my favorite people. She gives the kind of customer service you hardly see anymore, and that’s why I keep choosing this place.

Our kids loved it, and the kitchen staff went out of their way to make breakfast a good experience for me and my kids. The breakfast was excellent. We had a corner room with a great view of the city at night. It was very clean, the staff were helpful and friendly, and the pool and hot tub were nice. Great place to stay!

We ended up here for almost a month after a house fire, during a really hard time for our family. I’m so grateful this was where we stayed. Everyone who works here was wonderful. The front desk staff were always kind, friendly, and helpful. Kitchen staff said hi to us and gave the kids crayons and paper. They offered a cart to take food to our room or a hand whenever we needed help. Housekeepers checked whether we needed anything extra and did a great job cleaning, even with three toddlers leaving lots of crumbs. Nobody ever complained. This place truly has amazing staff.

The one thing I’d change is the coffee. They serve dark roast, and I’d like a medium or light roast option too. The breakfast was plentiful and hot, and the whole area was clean. I stayed for a week while someone I love was in the hospital. Every staff member I interacted with was friendly and quick to smile. They also adjusted my reservation dates quickly after I sent a message.
