It’s in a great spot by the airport, but the service was awful. I arrived Tuesday and checked out Friday without housekeeping coming at all. When I called the front desk, the man said he “didn’t know.” The overnight employee was extremely rude and ignored me when I tried to get her attention. The staff need serious customer service training. It felt like they were being forced to work there.

After we got to our room, we came downstairs for a nightcap, and Jennifer was the sweetest. Earlier, Jerimyah had been wonderful at check-in. We were having a rough day, but he kept our spirits up, made us laugh, and clearly explained the room, amenities, and morning shuttle. Such an amazing person. Thanks to the team for turning our night around. We’ll keep coming back before early flights.

The king rooms are a great size, and they’re quiet. The gym, pool, and hot tub are all really nice too. The shower is on the narrow side, but I’d still happily stay here again.

After a hard day of travel, this place felt like a gift. Everything was super clean, and the staff were so kind and accommodating. David, the shuttle driver, asked thoughtful questions, took our bags, and opened the doors for us. Cameron at the counter was thorough and kind, and Tim in the restaurant was a great server who made sure we had what we needed. Thank you!

The rooms were spacious and very clean when I checked in. I was greeted warmly and told about the property’s amenities and their hours. The service was great, for sure. 👏👌
