They wouldn't accept my two-week reservation. Apparently, long-term rates are only available to “their drivers.”

I'd rather pay $198 for one decent night somewhere else than spend two nights in a room like this. There was visible mold behind the toilet, blood on the walls, and boogers smeared across every wall. The table was gross too, like the room hadn't been cleaned or even checked for a month or more. With $198, they could deal with the mold and clean the walls before putting anyone in there. The no-smoking room smelled of cigarettes and was really musty. The bed was bad, and the tub had cigarette burns all over it. It was only a bathtub because the shower didn't work. The drains need to work too. At least there weren't any roaches, and it was quiet except for the AC, which kept me awake all night. Two stars.

I had to switch rooms because the one I checked into didn't have a mini fridge. The TV in the replacement room didn't work. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in Springdale, AR.

The person working was really nice and attentive, which was the one good part. I just expected a clean, comfortable room for $85 a night, even knowing this isn't supposed to be a high-quality hotel. The old loveseat smelled like body odor and was uncomfortable, the bed was lumpy, and most of the lights barely worked, so it was hard to see. They should put some of what they charge toward cleaning and improvements.
