The complimentary breakfast was the highlight, with delicious omelets and plenty of choices that change each day. The Biscuits & Gravy are AMAZING! The suites are clean and nice, and the two-room King Suite has a decent-sized fridge/freezer, sink, dishwasher, induction cooktop, microwave, flatware, plus a pot and pan for cooking. Rooms facing the highway can get traffic noise, like a tractor trailer using its engine brake at 2:45am. I didn’t try the pool or workout room. I was a little disappointed that you have to pick up your room service order downstairs instead of having it brought up, but it wasn’t a big deal. I’d definitely stay again. 4 & 1/2 stars.

The only thing I wished they’d provided was face soap and basic items like a toothbrush or toothpaste. There was liquid hand soap in the bathroom, but none of those other toiletries. Otherwise, this was a very good stay. The room was comfortable and well maintained, and the hotel was clean. Staff were polite, welcoming, and helpful, making us feel appreciated from the moment we arrived. I’d recommend Embassy Suites Hotel.

The complimentary happy hour was a lovely surprise. The rooms and the rest of the property were clean, well kept, and stocked with quality personal care products and in-room coffee. Every staff member I encountered was attentive, polite, and professional, and that makes a real difference to a guest’s stay. Management has a lot to be proud of. This isn’t a luxe experience, but it’s warm and comfortable, with people who care. It shows that working-class guests can get quality service at an affordable price. We all deserve respect and dignity, not just the billionaire class who might snicker at my five-star review.

The suite-style rooms were spacious and comfortable, the hotel was clean, and breakfast had lots of good options. The location is convenient, though the parking spaces are extremely tight, so larger vehicles may have a hard time. Being right by I-95 also means it can get very loud, depending on which room you’re in. An exposed wall area on the way to our room took away from the otherwise polished look. I tried ordering room service through the hotel phone and was told it wasn’t available. A little later, I went downstairs and saw the bartender casually making plans with friends. That felt unprofessional and could have been handled much better. Also, the cheesecake here is not good at all. Save your money, the cheesecake at the Southern Style Chicken & Waffles is way better. It was a solid stay with strong amenities, but noise, maintenance details, and staff professionalism need attention.
