The bed was good and the room was clean. It's an older hotel in a small town, pretty much what you'd expect.

It was handy for where I needed to be, but I won't stay there again. A roach was crawling on the wall, the room smelled awful, and there was no hot water for a shower. I could see the parking lot through the gap around the door. I even spent $30 on Febreze just to tolerate being in the room.

The price was very low, and the clean bed was in line with what I paid. The hotel itself was old and looked like it hadn't been updated in ages.

If you're stuck around there for a night, it's a roof over your head. It's no destination hotel, and it looks like something out of No Country For Old Men. I wouldn't go back unless work took me to that same spot, but it's not worth being scared off over. There's a dollar store nearby for shampoo, with Sonic and Subway across the street. If something's wrong with your room, they'll move you if they can. It isn't ideal, but at least you don't have to clean up in your car with baby wipes. For the price and the convenience of being in the middle of nowhere, it does the job. 🤘😁🤘
