The stay was especially memorable because of Tesh. We were there for 3 days, and he was accommodating, welcoming, and genuinely friendly from the start. Our conversations made it feel personal, not transactional, and his recommendations were spot-on. He made us feel valued and at home. He went above and beyond, though it felt more like his natural way of being. The room was comfortable, with great beds and fresh, clean sheets and pillowcases. The pillows were thoughtfully arranged so you could keep them firm or untuck them if you wanted something softer. Room service was efficient and respectful, and didn't keep bugging us as checkout got closer, which we appreciated. Breakfast was small but had good options: donuts, waffles, hard boiled eggs, cereal, bagels, oatmeal, milk, juice, coffee, and yogurt. We'd absolutely stay again because of Tesh.

This is a decent pit-stop kind of place on the way to your destination. It's basically a truck stop hotel, but seemed more welcoming to families. The front desk was nice, the area felt safe, and there was laundry space. No smoking and no pets, which is great for allergy sufferers. The bedding was soft and warm, but I found hair on the towels and on the sheets and pillowcases. The room needed a proper wipe-down, though it could be pristine after that. There was no conditioner in the room, and the elevator needed cleaning, too. Nothing else felt special, and they didn't do much extra. There was freeway traffic noise and noise from the AC compressor, two stars' worth for me. I wished I'd seen an ice machine nearby, though maybe I just didn't look hard enough. It has potential, but felt like it was lacking. 2.5 stars.

We were passing through unexpectedly and were really surprised by how awesome the place was. I wasn't feeling well, and God brought us straight there after about a 2 minute decision. The parking, lobby, and check-in were all great. The room was large, well set up, and clean, and everything felt charming and put together. It was very, very quiet, with perfectly soft beds and different pillows for comfort. So perfect. Awesome.

Tesh made a hard day better. He was personable, understanding, professional, and kind, and we were so grateful for his willingness to help. The rooms were clean, and all the staff were accommodating. We'll for sure stay here again when we're down this way. Thank you so much! 🙏🏻

The room itself wasn't bad, but the bathroom needs work. The shower head was clogged with calcium from the hard water, and the water pressure was poor. The pool wasn't warm or heated, even though it's winter in Utah, and the room it was in felt colder than the water. Pool towels weren't stocked, so we had to send three different people to the front desk to get enough for everyone. The beds were harder than granite rock. I won't stay here again and wouldn't recommend this hotel.
