The room was clean and looked nice, the air conditioning and lock worked, the door shut properly, and the bed was really comfortable. There was coffee, though no free breakfast. A few things needed fixing: the toilet paper holder was broken, the drawer slide was missing its little bearings and needed remounting, and some screws were sticking out. I fixed what I could, but one item still needed a screwdriver replacement. There was no coffee pot, only one shampoo and one bar of soap, no other toiletries, and both toilet rolls had already been used with no spares. The bed had just three pillows, a sheet, and one thin cover.

The sheets were stained and disgusting, and the advertised breakfast turned out to be a pot of coffee. At check-in, the clerk asked if I smoked. It felt personal, but I said no, and he switched me to a non-smoking room that cost $30 more, which I hadn't asked for. I said I didn't want it, and he acted as if there was a language barrier. When I tried to check out the next morning, that same clerk ignored me for eight minutes while playing on his computer. I left my card on his keyboard and walked out. This place is trash and disrespectful. Stay somewhere else.

We arrived around 1 a.m. with our two small kids, and I felt uneasy as soon as we pulled up. The lobby door wouldn't let us in, so we had to stand at a small outside window. My husband kept watching his back because the area felt sketchy. The booking said reserve now and pay on arrival, with $240 due, but the man asked for $257. When my husband showed him the confirmation, he acted like my husband was stupid. While I was getting our youngest out of the car, three men appeared at their doors and looked down at me and my son, talking among themselves. That made me feel even less safe. My husband said the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke. Inside, I was shaking and felt that something was off. There was a huge stain on the bed, scratches on the door as if something had tried to claw its way out, and the door kept jamming and wouldn't close properly. I wasn't going to let the kids sleep there. My husband went back to report the condition, but the man didn't believe him and said he'd have to come see for himself. I was uncomfortable with him coming into the room while my boys were there, so we decided to find somewhere else. We demanded a refund. At first the man refused, then my husband said the bank would come after them, and he finally refunded us. The whole place felt like a drug and prostitution hotel. I wish I'd taken more photos, but I was stressed, tired, and scared while we were there. I did photograph the big bed stain and sent it to my husband when he texted that the man didn't believe him. The bed wasn't even the worst part. Run, especially if you have kids. You've been warned.

I was only there briefly and would honestly like my money back. The room smelled strange, and it looked like someone had slept in one bed without changing the sheets. There were crumbs across much of the floor and sunflower seeds behind the bed. The bed I tried was the most uncomfortable I've ever attempted to sleep in, with a rock-hard mattress and pillow. Its duvet had a hole about the size of a quarter. The refrigerator was dusty with visible mold, the counter outside the bathroom and the bathroom floor were dirty, and the little ledge in the tub area was gross. The shower head barely worked.

Run, seriously. I came so my kids could use the pool, but it was empty in July and wasn't being filled. Our room door had been kicked in and left partly open the whole time, so you could see outside. The musty smell was intense, and the floors got my feet unbelievably black. We found dead bugs, used Q-tips, and a half-open pad on the floor and chair. There was stuff spilled all over the wall that hadn't been cleaned, half-used soap bottles, and holes in the bathroom walls that hadn't even been patched, just stuffed with toilet paper. There was also a cat outside spraying on everything. People banged and yelled at all hours of the day. Wild.
