The grounds are well maintained, but the units are very old and need repairs to their AC systems. There are also severe mold problems. Construction quality is poor, with almost no soundproofing between units or between floors. You can hear someone coughing next door and every footstep from upstairs, day and night. At $350,000, that's inexcusable.
