We had a great weekend with the kids in one of the beachfront cottages that are part of this bed and breakfast. It was clean and cozy, and breakfast was great. We didn't get over to the main location for happy hour, but it was very convenient to use the parking when we went to downtown St. Augustine. Definitely recommend this place.

This was our first stay at Bayfront Marin House, though we visit St Augustine often. We'd usually stayed at a nearby famous inn, but it had no room on the 29th, so we spent our third night here. This is now our new "go to" Inn. The staff were professional and accommodating, and the room was immaculate and well equipped for its size. The shower had plenty of hot water and pressure, a problem we've had at every other St Augustine inn we've visited. Breakfast exceeded expectations and was delivered to the room, a very nice touch. At checkout, the office staff were extremely friendly, smiling and making sure I was well taken care of. That welcome felt good in a busy tourist area. Sarah, who was new, went out of her way to introduce herself and help me. She was very kind. The room was beautifully decorated for the holidays, including a lovely stained glass village. We'll be back soon and often. THANK YOU! Jim M

We spent three nights at the Bayfront Marin House, my friend and I, and came away with no complaints. The place is beautiful and peaceful, and the staff were wonderful and quick to take care of anything we needed. I especially enjoyed relaxing on the little patio with views of the bay and the beautiful lights. The Christmas lights make the city unforgettable, and the Marin House made our stay just as memorable.

We splurged on the Carriage Package, and having the Horse and Carriage arrive right outside our room was very convenient. The chocolate covered strawberries were the most amazing part. Breakfast was more than enough, with icy cold Mimosas, though I'm not sure if those came with the package or were standard. A larger coffee pot would help. Our room, " Bridge of Lions", was surprisingly comfortable, with a large tub complete with jacuzzi jets, comfortable chairs, a nice shower, and lovely olive soap. The location is a big perk, around the corner from Old Town's main attractions. Parking is at a Premium in town, so getting a Parking Pass the morning we checked in and using the Bed and Breakfast's designated area was much appreciated. It was a short walk along the bay. Service was amazing. They encourage texting and respond promptly to questions. " Happy Hour" came through Room Service, a nice surprise, and breakfast was delivered promptly with a choice of times. My only other suggestion is to add something to the " pigs in the blanket" Happy Hour tray. My husband was disappointed there was no mustard. The beer and little pastries were nice, but maybe add sliced carrots, grapes, or dill pickles. A wonderful experience, and we'll return!

This was our second stay, and we really love the place and the staff. The main house is perfectly situated for walking downtown or catching the hop on/off trolley. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, and breakfast and Happy hour are lovely. We stayed in the beautiful, well laid out Burgess Suite this time, but the bed sagged and was uncomfortable, like a grandmother's house. We even left a night early and gave up the last night to get home to our own bed. If that suite's bed were better, I'd give it five stars all around.
