We spent a week relaxing in the sun and surf at 109 1st Street in St Augustine, where there are 8 independently owned units, each decorated to its owner's taste. Unit B had contemporary decor and was very comfortable. When a checkout timing issue came up, the owner was helpful and let us have two extra hours to get ourselves together. I'd rent from this owner again.
