It's a great spot to live, with dolphins right out back and an easy walk into town. It's still fairly quiet, though it can get noisy during busy periods like Nights of Lights. The building has a lot of character and a unique past: it was built around 1870 and was originally a military hospital. There's also a resident ghost, the lady in white. Being such an old place comes with plenty of problems, including painted-shut windows and electrical and plumbing issues. With ten units, tenants change over pretty often.
