The space was comfortable, and the beach access and location were beautiful. The small pool is cared for every day, and there were beach chairs and toys in the closet for us to use. The downstairs toilet tank wouldn’t refill. Management said they’d send someone to repair it after I notified them, but nobody came the whole week. We had to fill a bowl with water and pour it into the tank. As seniors, having to climb the stairs several times a day was ridiculous. The coffee pot filter was slimy too.

Fourwinds Condominiums is one of our favorite holiday spots. We love the beach, the pool, and how easy it is to get everywhere. The beach is lovely and never too busy. We always book our units through AirB&B.

Our first VRBO had an AC problem, so we were moved here, and it worked out well. We had a unit facing the beach, which was awesome. The complex was quiet and the pool was nice. There was someone smoking cigars near our place, but we still enjoyed sitting on the patio. The buildings are dated inside and out, though we didn’t have any major problems. Crescent beach was so much nicer than St. Augustine beach. It’s a bit far from everything, but I’d pick the peace and quiet over more driving. I’d stay here again.

The place is gorgeous, but there was no AC on the lower level. Technicians came out and couldn’t fix it because they weren’t authorized by the owners to do work costing over $1,000. The owners must have known about the problem, since this HVAC had been worked on before. If you can sleep in an 80° room with the ocean outside, this may be your place.
