Steffani and Brittany Tackett at the front desk were the best part of our visit. They were friendly, helpful, and proactive. Seeing the forecast for heavy showers, they offered us umbrellas, and gave us concise tips for the Historic District, St. George Street, and the Castillo de San Marcos. Our Hilton Honors membership didn’t prevent a mandatory $15 daily parking charge, which was an unwelcome surprise. We haven’t run into this fee at other Hampton Inn locations, and finding a space near the hotel at night was difficult. The bedsheets also had hairs on them and weren’t properly clean, which affected our comfort. We left disappointed despite the excellent service. The parking fee and cleanliness issues make it hard to recommend the property without reservation. We hope management reviews its policies and standards. We stayed in January 2026 on a family trip. Be ready for the parking charge and check the room’s cleanliness as soon as you arrive.

The omelets at breakfast were really good, and we got fresh towels with great room service. The hotel is close to the historic district but in a quiet part of town. I’d stay here again.

We booked that morning and the staff still got us an early check-in. They were polite, understanding, and went out of their way to accommodate us. Our room was comfortable and clean, the location was convenient, and breakfast was great.

The price here is super reasonable, and I always find what I need for a quiet, comfortable night. I like Hampton Inn for its many locations, clean spaces, and friendly staff. I especially appreciate Venessa. She’s respectful and professional whenever she handles my stay. Big thumbs up for this location. Check it out, you won’t regret it.
