The beach access was nice, and the room was clean with comfortable beds. The hot tub worked. The pool was warmer our first night and cooler over the following days. The fitness room had just a couple of barbells and three machines. We came for St Augustine’s Night of Lights and chose this more affordable condominium resort; the room and grounds reflected the price. I gave it four stars for affordability and would stay again. We were there from 12/12-12/15/25.
We stayed in G204 and G206. Both had a nice size and layout, but the primary shower had a lot of mold, disgusting, and the cabinet under the sink in the lockout unit was moldy too. The fridge leaked water onto the kitchen floor. There’s no on-site office staff, so I texted pictures to staff. They apologized and said they’d send cleaners, but someone came four days later and nothing seemed cleaner. I wouldn’t recommend it.
The rooms were clean and a good size, and the pool was beautiful with the beach very close by. We had a great vacation. Just bring your own paper products, since you can’t get refills.
My grandkids went swimming every day because the place was so close to the beach. They also had washers and dryers, so we could take clean clothes home. It was a nice stay, and I’d stay there again if I went to Florida.
The beach access was nice, and by our second week the pool was warm again after its heater was repaired. The hot tub was relaxing too. But our two-week stay had some disappointments. The washer seemed ready to destroy itself; management said they might need to order a new one, but didn’t try to fix it or offer an alternative, so we had no washer. The AC stopped working and wasn’t repaired until late the next day. Also, try your gate code before closing the gate. We were given three different codes, and none worked. We’d stayed before and had good memories.
