The front desk staff were professional, polite, and helpful throughout, and the rooms were comfortable enough with a practical layout. The location is great, and the hotel looks fairly new or recently renovated. But over my four nights, housekeeping never serviced my room. I ran out of towels, toilet paper, and body wash, then had to go to the desk to request towels and paper. They told me rooms are cleaned every other day and said management would check with housekeeping about why mine was skipped every time. After full days exploring St. Augustine, I expected to come back to a fresh Hilton room and relax. Instead, it felt like my younger trips through Europe, when you had to sign out towels at a hostel. Several outlets didn't work, and the coffee maker was broken and had to be replaced. The desk team handled all of this well and apologized for the housekeeping and maintenance problems. I understand missing one service day, but four in a row is unacceptable. I hope ownership and staff take this feedback as a reason to uphold the standards expected of Hilton.

I only had a short visit for my anniversary, and I honestly didn't expect special treatment since I work for Hilton. Angel was so friendly, and everyone seemed happy. I loved my trip and the place. Breakfast was great, and the rooms were clean and spacious. Thanks for a wonderful stay ❤️

The room was spacious and so clean, with plenty of storage for an extended stay. It had a suite layout with a dishwasher, full-size fridge, sink, microwave, utensils, and plates. The shower was thoughtfully designed and safe, with properly hot and cold water, no leaks, and steady pressure. There was a 46-inch Samsung TV with Netflix, YouTube, HBO, ESPN, and other streaming apps. Getting in and out was easy. I checked in and later checked out through the Hilton Honors app, which also let me choose my floor and room and gave me a virtual key. The hotel is on a well-lit, safe road, under five minutes from both I-95 ramps. Downtown St Augustine and the historic sites are about 15-20 minutes away, with no traffic on my trips to or from the hotel. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh hot dishes held at the right temperature and cold items and juice properly refrigerated. The dining area and comfortable lobby common space were both well laid out. I was there overnight while delivering a wedding cake to the Lightner Museum. My December 14 stay in Florida cost $150 including everything. Hilton got this concept right.

The room service was great, the rooms were comfortable, and the hotel isn't far from St. Augustine. Both women at the front desk were very sweet :) Breakfast needs a bigger room with more tables and chairs. And that Christmas tree was sad to look at, so ugly. Still a good choice if you're staying around St Augustine.

Adam and the other receptionists were great, but I doubt we'll return. The room wasn't clean enough, and advertised amenities weren't available. Breakfast food was decent, though they ran out before closing every morning.
