I love coming through the gates here, and I've sold homes of $1,000,000 or more in this community. There's a lot to like: resort-style amenities, a golf cart community, a new Publix, and other shops and commercial space nearby. It's centrally located between Northern St.Johns County and Historic Downtown Saint Augustine, with an A+ elementary school within walking distance for children. The golf club is optional and has a pricey initiation fee, but it's gorgeous. If you're considering buying here, contact our Real Estate Team: The Impact Group - Momentum Realty.

The golf course is wonderful, and Valencia is such a clean, well-kept community with lots of nice people. It has the homeowners association and all that goes with it. With help from my friends, I've also helped spruce up the area by landscaping several homes. Thanks to my crew and boss for all the work and money I've made there. God bless you all.

I visit my aunt and cousins here all the time. The grounds are beautiful, and the wildlife is amazing. I've seen deer, owls, raccoons, and even a bobcat out on the marsh not long ago.

I came here for the spectacular boardwalk, then drove around the neighborhood. The yards were neatly kept, the houses looked clean, and the area seemed very safe. I don't know house prices here, but I'm sure they're upper middle class. My full driving video of the neighborhood is on my YouTube channel, Ancient Carbon Maps. I don't live here.
