Having coffee on the dock in the morning was so relaxing. The condo sits by the Matanza River in a quiet complex, and Crescent Beach is about a block away. We had a lovely vacation and I'd like to stay here again.

The pool is right on the water, just a few steps from our condo, and the view over the inter coastal waterway was beautiful. We really enjoyed Crescent Beach and the condo itself was great. One thing to know: an elderly man who lives there permanently, in the condo by the pool, was unkind. Follow the pool rules and leave by dusk, or he may call the police without warning.

The grounds are consistently clean, quiet, and well cared for when I visit my friends, who own a condo here and come down from time to time. The two story units are laid out like townhouses on the Matanzas River side of A1A. There's a pool; I'm not sure what other amenities there are. Units are rented regularly, though I think it could be a nice place to live as well.
