I couldn't sleep in apt 4, which is right over the kitchen. The constant banging from the walk in refrigerator shook the whole room every five minutes. The coffee shop downstairs is a full restaurant, and it's open 12 hours, so the noise was unbearable. Only one room has a balcony, and I was lied to about everything. Horrible experience.
We were happy with apartment 3, a studio that worked perfectly for two adults and a child. It was very clean, modern, quiet, and peaceful, with lots of interesting places nearby and just a couple of blocks from St George street. We parked in a garage not far from the house and didn't need the car again. Since we stayed in the area, parking cost only $15 for the whole visit. The stairs up to the room meant carrying our luggage, so keep that in mind, though it wasn't too bad. There's a cute little Bakery at the back that's open a few days a week, plus a very quiet yoga studio downstairs. Definitely worth every penny, and we'd rent again.
A silent area and everything within walking distance made this a lovely place for our honeymoon week. The apartment was neat and clean, and we had an amazing experience at the really good coffee shop downstairs. Such an adorable, cozy place.
Check in and stay details were communicated clearly, and the building felt secure and was clean. Our room was cute and clean, with snacks and everything needed to make coffee left for us. The location was fantastic, walking distance to all the downtown sights we wanted to see in St Augustine. We'd definitely come back.
