The owners texted to make sure we found the place and got settled without trouble, and our family had a great time. The condo was clean and cozy, with everything we needed for the beach. It was about 15 minutes from historic downtown St. Augustine. They'd stocked things you don't usually find in condos, like coffee, shampoo and conditioner, laundry detergent, and dryer sheets. My wife loved the bathroom, shower, and lighted makeup mirror, though one of its lights was out. We'll definitely be back for another vacation. The condo 9D1A was clean, and the owners were wonderful. When an issue came up, they showed up that same day. It was very quiet and right on the beach.

Getting here was easy, and the landscape is beautiful and well maintained. The pool is easy to access. There are a lot of stairs, though, so this isn't suitable for someone older or disabled. Parking is very limited, with overflow spaces at the front by the entrance, so carpool if you can. The trash dumpsters are at the entrance instead of the exit.
