The location was great and the staff were very nice, but the rooms were gross. The floors felt oily, there was a lot of other people's hair in the bed, and many towels had black dirt and marks. There was also dirt on the walls and furniture. I didn't feel particularly safe.

Tisha made our first visit so pleasant, from confirming our reservation and room preference beforehand to checking us in quickly and politely. She was respectful and friendly, and took time to answer our questions and explain things. Tiesha is professional and a real asset to the company. This will be our go to hotel whenever we return to St Augustine. Thank you, Tiesha.

The location was nice, prices were decent, and the friendly front desk and staff made things easy. Breakfast had a decent selection, and the place was convenient to everything and pup friendly. But the room was so humid in December that we had to ask for a dehumidifier. The bathroom was a mess, with poor patch work and shower floor tiles coming loose. It smelled horrible after a shower. They should pull up the long drain and clean it out once in a while. The grounds needed cleanup, and the sheets didn't seem very clean. A little care would go a long way.

The staff helped us through a couple of changes during our stay. On the first night, we switched rooms because priceline. Com had us booked into a bigger room, and quality inn accommodated us right away. We then asked to stay one more night than planned, and the staff were able to make that work too.

I had a pretty good stay. The room was nice, the hotel staff were friendly, and the location by the beach was very convenient.
