Sand Dollar 101

The condo interior was really nice, and there were plenty of linens. The beds were comfortable, the place was well furnished, and all the appliances worked. There were six of us, and we could all sit around the table to play games. The view from the living room was awesome, and the pictures are of the condo at sunrise and that living room view. Outside, a lot of work was going on, which we knew about beforehand, and every construction crew we saw was friendly. It took us a while to figure out how to get to the beach, but once there, it was beautiful. Great location.

Beautiful beach area and location, lovely room, and nice pools.

We stayed in building 1, condo 402, and it was the worst. There were bugs everywhere, the sliding glass doors barely worked, and there were no cooking utensils. The exhaust fan sounded like a dying milk cow. The building itself was horrible. We all got stuck in the elevator and couldn't get out. It took them over two weeks to shut it down for repairs, which were never made. We had to carry our kids and luggage up and down four flights of stairs. Stay far away from this hole in the wall. You'll be disappointed and pissed off. Our rental company, VTrips, did as much as they could to make things right, and I don't blame them at all. The problem is with the building management and condo owner. If I had their number, that would've been a great conversation to listen to. 402 building one, you both suck!

I spent all through the 90’s here and came back to see my old unit. It’s still a simple, comfortable place with awesome views. I’d highly recommend it.
