Sea Place 12128 - Two Bedroom Condo

Sea Place 12229 has relaxing balconies on both levels and a spacious, welcoming condo. The kitchen had everything a cook could need, and the large master bedroom had a very comfortable king size bed. The boardwalk gave us access to a wide, beautiful beach that was great for fishing or playing in the surf. We found loads of shells and were amazed to see many starfish. Historic downtown St. Augustine’s is a convenient drive away, as are natural beach areas and excellent restaurants. The owners’ guide helped us find those and other sites. It was our first visit in October, and we’re already looking forward to another trip back to Sea Place.

The pools were really nice, and from Building 12 we were close to the walkway to the beach. Great resort.

I’ve been coming for years and have rented three different privately owned units, with no bad experiences so far. The grounds are nicely cared for, and the complex has a couple pools and private beach access. Each condo and its price can differ, so I always check the details to make sure it has what I’m looking for before booking. The location and price are hard to beat for a family staying in a two or three bedroom condo compared with getting two hotel rooms on the beach.

The place is beautiful and has a great view, but I think management needs some work. After paying to come relax, you still have to take out all the garbage, wash the dishes, strip every bed, and return the keys to an office nearly five miles away. Checkout is 10am sharp.
