There's so much to do here: a gym, pickle ball, tennis, basketball, a playground, and BBQ areas. The grounds are tropical and well kept, and the entrance gate gives the development some privacy. The four heated pools are lovely, and private beach access is only a couple minutes' walk from the condos. Love this place. Cresent beach has soft white sand and lots of privacy.
We stayed in Condo 121 for a week away, and it was just what my husband and I wanted. The condo was clean, updated, and well maintained, and it was very quiet. The beach was beautiful, too. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit and would highly recommend it. We'll stay again.
We loved the peaceful beach and the location, and our second-floor unit faced the ocean, so we had a great beach and ocean view. This was our third stay, always in the same unit, but we won't be coming back after this year. They've raised the rate for that unit by $1,300.00 for 2026 compared with what we paid this year. A small increase would make sense, but that much from one year to the next feels excessive. We'll look for other options, since we still enjoy St. Augustine and Crescent Beach.
The beach was nearly empty and the pools were warm, which we loved. It's about 20 minutes from town. We enjoyed everything here and would love to visit again, maybe even buy a place. Wow!
Summer house has four pools, and renters can use bicycles. The area is clean, close to lots of restaurants, and right off A1A, so it's a great spot to vacation and relax. The owner of units 404 and 406 has two excellent places right on the beach. Both are fully furnished and sleep six people.
