My wife and I spent a week here during Nights of Lights, and we can't say enough good things about it. It's a short walk over the bridge to St. George Street and downtown, while still being away from the big crowds. The management is very friendly and helpful. The place is clean, quiet, and inexpensive. We'll definitely stay here again.

We liked how close it was to both the historic district and the beaches. The motel is older, but clearly cared for, and our room was clean. Service was friendly, the price was affordable, and it worked well for us since we didn't need the extras of a large hotel.

It's an older place, so the decor shows its age, which also helps keep the price down. Still, we had a good stay: the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the shower was great.

We've stayed here several times after booking through Booking.com, and the staff have always been friendly and helpful. I get a room with two beds, and there's plenty of space. The TV, fridge, and microwave are all modern, and the room feels cozy. The small pool is clean and easy to get to. There are places to eat from across the street to a few blocks away, and it's only minutes to old St Augustine or the beaches.

We expected some traffic noise because it's near Anastasia Avenue, but it was quiet. There are several restaurants and local bars nearby, and Old St. Augustine is within walking distance. We spent three nights here. The place is dated, though it's been maintained well.
