I love coming here and always stay in unit 82, at the narrowest part of Crescent Beach. The complex is right on the beach, and the second and third floor units have ocean views. I'm not sure about the first floor because the protective dunes are high. There's a pool, fishing dock, boat ramp, and a deck walkway from the clubhouse to the beach. Unit 82 has a full kitchen, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. The master has a king bed; the second bedroom has a twin and a double. The couch pulls out, though it's best for kids. There's a dining table for six and a breakfast bar, plus a balcony with a table and chairs for sunrise breakfast. It has satellite TV, flat screens in the living room and master bedroom, and secure wifi. There’s an elevator and handicap parking. Publix and other shops are a few miles away, as is downtown Historic St. Augustine. Fort Matanzas is less than two miles away and offers a free boat ride to the Fort. Several other tourist and historic attractions are nearby too. It's just a perfect getaway. Update: there's now a washer and dryer in the unit.

Some of the best vacations I've had were at the Tradewinds. My parents rented there for 16 years, and I have nothing but wonderful memories. Now that I'm an adult with a family of my own, I'm planning to come back soon. The location is perfect, and there's so much fun to do. You can't go wrong staying here!

Staying at Tradewinds is worth considering when you visit St Augustine. The views and location are hard to beat, and the community feels friendly and welcoming. Whether you're renting or looking to buy, don't overlook this place.

The condo was spotless, and the Atlantic view was amazing. Getting to the beach was easy, and the pool area was nicely maintained. The neighbors were quiet and considerate.
