The only part that fell short was checking in. The older gentleman at the desk took payment and gave us the key without explaining anything or showing much courtesy. That felt jarring after the rest of the stay. The rooms were spacious, spotless, and comfortable, with excellent beds. Breakfast was fresh, tasty, and had plenty of variety. The facilities were well kept, and thoughtful touches helped make the atmosphere warm and welcoming. Aside from that check-in, the service was excellent. I'd return and recommend it highly, a 10/10 for the rooms, breakfast, and overall service.

My flight out of Philly was cancelled late at night, so I missed the first night of my work booking and went straight to my plant the next day. I only reached the hotel that evening. When I explained what had happened, they removed the first night's charge from the total. I really appreciated that, especially with all the travel stress. Thank you!

The lobby always had good coffee and free tea, plus snacks and drinks you could buy. The water and ice machine was great, the water tasted delicious, and the hotel and rooms smelled nice, which matters a lot to me. I was there just one night. The hotel is new and clean, the staff were super friendly, and my room was lovely. I slept well on the very comfortable mattress. The TV was a good size and a smart TV with other apps. I didn't use the Wi-Fi, so I'm not sure whether it was free.

Taylor was amazing, and you can tell she takes real pride in giving great service. The place was clean, well maintained, and close to downtown. Breakfast had a good selection, with lots of seating, and there's a pool table in the lobby. The bed was more comfortable than I expected compared with some other hotels. I do wish the pillows were firmer. They look like they might be, but once you lay your head down, they're flat as pancakes. 10/10, would recommend!
