Jonathan was wonderful, so sweet, and had the best suggestions for places to eat and things to see in Saint Augustine. My boyfriend and I wanted a couple of days away from life's stress, and we're so glad we chose the Victorian House Bed and Breakfast. We were hoping for a clean, quiet, relaxing place, and it delivered. We'll absolutely be back. Thanks so much to the staff at the Victorian House Bed and Breakfast!

It was easy to walk to so many nearby places, and all the local sights were convenient to reach. Breakfasts were delicious, and there were afternoon snacks plus cold drinks available around the clock. The service was excellent. Our room was large, with a comfortable bed and a very nice bathroom.

Parking was about a 7 min walk away, which was the one drawback, though understandable in such a popular area. The location itself was perfect, near the waterfront in a quiet historic district, and we could walk to everything. I loved the beautiful, clean room, especially the fireplace and jacuzzi balcony. The bed was comfortable, too. I really enjoyed my 2 night stay and will come back.

The location was awesome, and the parking was nearby despite what some other reviews say. There's also an area in front where you can unload. We had a great room and a comfortable bed, but the whirlpool tub was a little dirty and didn't work. No one had told us about the problem. Breakfast came in two courses, with small variations on the same general theme each day.

We love the location because we don't have to drive anywhere once we get there. The breakfasts are always yummy, and everyone is friendly and helpful. My husband and I stayed in the Aviles room Dec.19th to 21st 2025. This was our 3rd. year staying at these 2 B&B’s, and all 3 rooms have been wonderful. We've already reserved our room for next year! See you soon!!
