Getting into the room was easy, and the owners answered questions quickly. We’d stay here again. It was quiet, comfortable and convenient, with a well lit parking area and a covered, lit spot outside where we could sit after midnight. The neighborhood looked a little run down, but we didn’t feel unsafe. Downtown and the attractions were close by. We only stayed one night. The place was immaculately clean, and although the rooms weren’t huge, they were comfortably sized for us. Roosters next door woke me early. I’m a very light sleeper, so most people probably wouldn’t have heard them, and as an early riser I didn’t mind. The rooms are on the second floor, so stairs could be an issue if you can’t manage them.

The location worked perfectly for us, right on the main strip and close to scenic spots in historic Saint Augustine. We spent the weekend there for our 22nd wedding anniversary, and the Zora suite fit the intimate dinner I’d pictured. The room was exceptionally clean and private, and the dinner and brunch setup made the experience amazing. The bed was comfortable, and the amenities included a cozy sofa, a large TV, WiFi, a mini fridge with complimentary water, and a complimentary coffee and tea bar. It was our first visit, but we’ll definitely be back. Booking was easy, communication with the host was pleasant, and the hospitality was top-tier. The space is great for a romantic or intimate adult stay. 10 out of 10, definitely recommend. The last photo is the before picture of the room set up for our dinner and brunch.

We spent a week at this quaint, well kept historic property. It was quiet and conveniently close to most attractions in St. Augustine, and the owners provided great service. I’m already planning another trip and will definitely stay here again. Thanks for a memorable time in St. Augustine. Well done!

We paid for the place, drove by, and kept going because the area didn’t feel safe. Be aware. We booked through Expedia, but they wouldn’t cancel, and the owner hasn’t replied. The description and location are completely false, so our credit card is going to handle it.
