The front desk was friendly, and breakfast was fine with the woman keeping it stocked. The rooms were okay for one night, though they needed a better cleaning. My carpet had just been cleaned but was still damp, so I kept my shoes on. The bathroom floor had a little trash and hadn't been mopped, and my friend's room had a dirty towel left in it. The elevator also needed a wipe-down and vacuuming. It's an okay place to stay, but there are nicer options unless maintenance improves.

There was no internet when we arrived because the hotel was switching providers. A couple of hours later, they brought us the new login instructions. The check-in agent was very nice and made sure we got a good room.

They say they don't offer a military discount, even though every Wyndham hotel does, and that mostly irritated me. The bed-making was half-hearted, the nightstand looked really gross, and the clock and phone were unplugged and piled there. The windows let in so much air that there was frost inside, and the heater made an annoying buzz. I also can't say I trust that the towels were clean. It really felt like they didn't care about quality or cleanliness.

A stranger walked into the room while my sister was there. Water leaked and soaked the bathroom, and the pool and hot tub weren't working, despite being told they were fine. We complained but got no answers. Someone had said the hot tub worked earlier, but other guests said it had been out for days. Breakfast was okay, but this place costs a lot for just a bed and no amenities. I wouldn't recommend it. There are plenty of nearby hotels that I think would be better.
