We arrived at the hotel drenched after getting caught in a downpour with hail on our adventure. Miranda quickly helped us get to our rooms so we could change and dry off. That kind of care is why this is our favorite hotel chain, along with the great breakfast. Their team really cares about guests like my wife, Mom, and me. Thanks, Miranda and team!

The whole hotel was spotless, and the staff were so friendly. We had plenty of room in both the double king room and the king suite, and the beds, pillows, and bedding were comfortable. The pool and large hot tub were just the right temperature and didn’t have a strong chemical smell. Breakfast was good, with hot choices too. We enjoyed our stay a lot and highly recommend it.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, and the place felt comfortable, clean, and updated. Breakfast was solid, though I’d like to see a couple of vegetarian options added. The hot tub being out of order was a letdown. It’s time to get that fixed for good.

The big pool and hot tub are a real plus at this property, and the locker room makes it convenient to get the family showered after swimming. I had an issue, but after I posted about it, management contacted me quickly to work it out. We really appreciate what the place offers.

We had a pleasant stay. The rooms were nice, and there’s a good community room where people can gather. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.
